Terms of Service – [BonkoKid SMP] Store

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from this store, you agree to:

  • This ToS, our Server Rules, and Minecraft’s EULA.
  • All transactions are final unless otherwise stated.

2. Purchases & Virtual Goods

a. What You’re Buying

  • All sales are for virtual, in-game items/ranks (no real-world value).
  • Items are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may be revoked for abuse.

b. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices in USD. Taxes (if applicable) are not included.
  • We accept: [List payment methods, e.g., PayPal, Stripe].
  • Fraudulent payments (e.g., chargebacks) result in a permanent ban.

3. Charity Donations

  • For purchases over $5:
    • 50% is donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
    • 50% supports server costs (hosting, maintenance).
  • If server costs are covered, 100% goes to St. Jude.
  • Donations are tax-deductible (St. Jude is a 501(c)(3)). Receipts available upon request.
  • Revenue Allocation: At the end of each month, all server income will be divided equally (50%) between St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and essential server expenses (hosting, development, etc.). Should the server’s operational fund reach or exceed its budgetary needs for the subsequent 3-month period, 100% of that month’s revenue will be donated to St. Jude. Donation receipts and financial summaries are available upon request via [email protected].

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds for virtual items, except:
    • If a purchase fails to deliver (contact support within 7 days).
    • Where required by law (e.g., EU consumer rights).

5. Account & Server Access

  • You are responsible for your Minecraft/Discord account.
  • We reserve the right to ban accounts for:
    • Chargebacks, fraud, or exploiting the store.
    • Violating server rules (hacking, harassment, etc.).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:
    • Minecraft server outages or bugs.
    • Lost items due to game updates/resets.
    • Misuse of purchased items by players.

7. Changes to This ToS

  • Updates will be posted here with 7 days’ notice.
  • Continued use = acceptance of changes.
